Horizon Investment Management is a real estate investment manager which has specialised since 1998 in managing international real estate investment programmes for Institutional Investors and Family Offices. Horizon was founded by Scott Morgan, who has had over 30 years of experience of commercial property investment and who remains principal of the business today.
Horizon has invested over €6.5 billion in commercial real estate assets primarily in Europe, UK and the Asia Pacific region. The firm has managed various discretionary funds, separate account mandates and investment partnerships. Horizon disposed of its European asset and fund management platform to TIAA Henderson Real Estate in 2012 in order to focus on principal investment activities.
Today Horizon manages private investment partnerships targeting investments in selected markets in Europe and the Asia Pacific region.
